Overcome the limits of normal EGF

T-EGF has fixed the problems of conventional EGF that put limits on the function. 

T-EGF completely implements the characteristics of human EGF, 

which forms three disulfide bonds in Cys6-Cys20, Cys14-Cys31, Cys33-Cys42, 

constitutes a repeater binding site in the 20-31 sequence part, and forms an EGF-EGFR complex from Leu15. 

Through this, you can observe powerful epidermal regeneration that has not been seen before.

with Human EGF

T-EGF functions in the human body most effectively because it forms the same perfect structure as human EGF. 

T-EGF induces differentiation and proliferation of cells in vivo using the user's own signaling mechanism, 

promoting epidermis regeneration and rounding.

Mass production technology 
of protein with microorgansims

T-EGF is produced through technology that mass-produces recombinant proteins using the gene expression system of microorganisms. 

TNH BIO has implemented enhanced safety by minimizing the impact of Lipolysaccharide (LPS) acting as Endotoxin by producing optimal vectors. 

The culture environment conditions were set the same as the environment 

when human EGF was created and folded to prevent the formation of an inclusion body. 

This produces purer EGF during the purification process. 

In addition, more than 90% of the total secreted proteins are Perfect Structure-EGF, 

and they are stable and optimized for high-rate production. 

The EGF implemented in this way was commercialized by maintaining liquid stabilization at room temperature.

The first KDFS certified function
on Wrinkle improvement by EGF

T-EGF is the first ingredient in Korea to be approved for the EGF wrinkle improvement functional individual notification by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. 

T-EGF maintains the same activity as human EGF with a patented technology for room temperature liquid stabilization (patent number: 10-2017-0181340). 

In addition, T-EGF increases the expression of Type I collagen by about 2.5 times, helping to improve wrinkles on the skin
